Our mission
AI should earn its place in your business.
There's a lot of noise around AI right now. We cut through it by focusing on a simple question: does this make the business measurably better? If the answer isn't yes, we don't build it.
Nusqlab started with a frustration: businesses were being sold AI as a buzzword, not a tool. So we built an agency around the opposite idea — pick real, expensive problems and solve them with AI that quietly does the work.
Today that means three things we do exceptionally well: recovering card payments for stores that lost their processor, building chatbots that actually help customers, and deploying voice agents that handle the calls a growing business can't keep up with.
We're founder-led and deliberately small. When you work with us, you work with the people who build, ship and support your solution — start to finish.

How an engagement runs

Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front — the only fixed pricing we publish is Paylane's ($500 one-time setup + 3% per transaction).
Scope
A short conversation about the problem, your tools and what success looks like — followed by a clear, fixed quote. No discovery-phase invoices.
Build
We design, build and demo in short cycles, so you see working software early and can steer while changes are still cheap.
Support
After launch we stay close — monitoring, fixes and tuning — until the solution is boringly reliable in day-to-day use.
What we won't do
The anti-pitch.
No AI for AI's sake
If a spreadsheet or a cron job solves it, we'll say so. AI has to earn its place in your stack.
No lock-in
You own what we build — code, accounts and data. Leaving us should always be possible, which is why clients stay.
No inflated promises
We quote what we can deliver and tell you plainly what AI can't do yet. Expectations set right are projects that succeed.
